This heavy-duty rPET Oxford fabric uses a 1000D × 900D dual-denier grid weave construction (古池 pattern), producing one of the most durable recycled polyester fabrics in our range at 320 g/m². The grid weave structure adds dimensional texture and reinforces the structural integrity of the fabric. PU waterproof coating ensures reliable moisture protection. Suitable for tactical bags, outdoor-style backpacks, heavy-duty tool bags, and outdoor equipment covers where maximum durability is required.

古池 (Guichi or Koike) weave is a structured grid pattern woven into the fabric during production. It creates a regular square or rectangular grid texture on the fabric surface, adding dimensional depth and reinforcing fabric strength compared to plain weave Oxford.

Standard 1000D uses the same denier yarn in both warp and weft. This 1000D×900D construction uses 1000D in one direction and 900D in the other, creating a slightly asymmetric weave that enhances fabric body and texture variation.
